What is the nightly minimum?

What are your rates?

  • $300-$475 per night (varies by cabin & season)

  • This includes a DIY breakfast bar, coffee/tea bar, welcome gift, champagne or sparkling juice and more!

When is check-in/check-out?

  • Check-in: 4PM

  • Check-out: 11AM

What is the difference between the cabins?

  • The cabins have the same layout and luxury amenities.

  • The 143 is a romantic farmhouse style with a more open view from the side deck and is closer to the dock.

  • Beloved is funky, mid-century style with a more enclosed (by trees) side deck, as can be seen in the photos under the Glam Cabins tab.

Can I bring a pet?

  • We love animals, but the cabins are not setup for the safety of pets. We do not allow any pets.

Are children allowed?

  • All guests must be 25 or older. No exceptions.

How many people can I bring?

  • Only 2 guests per cabin.

  • Because of the private environment we have created, we don't allow additional guests or parties.

What is the closest airport?

  • Chattanooga, TN-40 miles

  • Knoxville, TN-75 miles

  • Atlanta, GA- 150 miles

  • Nashville, TN- 177 miles

How does catering work?

  • Meals are provided by Tasteful Gatherings, a delicious local caterer.

  • Orders must be paid for at least 2 weeks prior to your stay, and will be waiting in your cabin at arrival!

What is the refund policy?

  • Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. (Only 97% will be refunded if you book a stay and you are not 25 years old. Our rules are clearly stated on the booking page and the renter agreement.)

  • For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

  • Travel insurance is offered with every booking, and we highly recommend purchasing it.

Can I book for someone else?

  • One of the booking guests must complete the booking and sign their own renter agreement.

  • We don't allow third party bookings.

Is there always a river view?

  • The river is lowered from late October to late March/early April, and varies from no water view to minimal water view depending on rainfall amounts and TVA's operating schedule.

When is considered "seasonal" for the outdoor shower and treetop soaking tub?

  • Our goal is to have the outdoor amenities open from April-October, but sometimes Tennessee weather doesn't cooperate. So, seasonal for us is when no freezing temperatures are expected.

When is payment due?

  • 50% is due at booking, the remaining is due 30 days prior to your stay

  • a $500 security hold will be placed 2 days prior to your arrival, and released within 5 days after departure

  • We do require a signed rental agreement as well as copies of both guests photo IDs to complete booking.

 

Do you have Wi-Fi?

  • We have what we like to call Rural Wi-Fi through AT&T. It is the only option in our area. It is fast enough to accommodate our streaming smart TV and cellphones.

  • Each cabin can accommodate 2 devices at a time.

  • We have a generator to keep your power on at all times, but we are not responsible for Wi-Fi outages that may occur from factors beyond our control.
