Frequently Asked Questions

• We are currently offering private bride and groom only elopements with no guests.

• There is an option to allow up to 4 adult (25 and older) guests if they are renting the other cabins on property. Two adults per cabin.

• 50% of Elopement/Wedding/Vow Renewal package is Non-Refundable/Non-Transferrable. We recommend purchasing wedding insurance through your insurance provider.

• You will need to obtain a marriage license from any Tennessee County Clerk's office within 30 days prior to your ceremony. Most couples obtain this the day of their arrival and have the ceremony on the second day.

• You may add additional nights to the package for the discounted rate of $300/night. Extra cabins are at the regular nightly rate.

• This package can also be used for Vow Renewals.

• Weekday ceremonies will be scheduled after 5PM, weekend ceremony time can be more flexible.

• Additional enhancements and catering can be added to this package.

• We will need both the bride and groom photo IDs to create your booking link.

• The crosses on the chapel will not be removed.

• The total for the package, as listed, is $2983.50. Fifty percent is required to reserve your dates and is not refundable or transferrable.

• ​Your photo gallery will be sent by digital link to the phone number on your booking within 3-4 weeks after your ceremony.

• For 2027 and forward, all holiday dates will have an additional $300 surcharge.
